My Massage

Hi Walt

I had a massage yesterday. It wasnt rolfing specifically, but it was a deep tissue massage.
It was very interesting, very relaxing and quite an enlightening session.
She lives a bit of hike away from me.
But what she does could be considered an "intuitive" massage.
Whilst massaging my body, she could tell the internal health problems I was having.
She did say my body very tight, and had knots in my back. I knew that one! :)
She also went onto say that my digestive system is really poor. My liver, my bowels, my kidneys etc, basically what my holistic healer had confirmed for me. I asked how she was able to tell so much just from massaging my body, and she said, your body speaks to me during massage.
So I was somewhat surprised one could tell so much from a massage, but there was still more enlightening words to follow.
She said I was holding onto a lot of stored anger in my liver, which was affecting my health, and not letting go of the toxins.
I felt a lot of energy movement during this masssage. Like internally, especially around the heart chakra, a lot of opening up occurring for me. It was quite moving, Walt.
She also said that she felt a lot of "witch" energy around me, from past lifetimes. Surprise! Surprise! I have often been told that from past healers that I have had many lifetimes as a Witch, and experimenting with the "dark" side, so in effect, I have probably been a very bad girl in some of my past lives, and likely paying for it now. :) Always been very attracted to the metaphysical side of life, but not the "dark" in this lifetime, I need more of the "light" experiences for this life I think, Walt. :) I am a good witch now. lol
She also went on to say that I had been very powerful, but had also misused/abused this power in past lives.
She was even able to relate some specific incidents from my childhood (in this life), that have had a drastic effect on who I am today, although I am working on those issues, trying to let go.
She said that the massage would really help to relax my lower intestines, that was very tight.
I noticed after a nights sleep, that I woke up so much more refreshed in the morning than I can remember in SUCH a long time,Walt. Like I feel totally awake and bright eyed. :)Also feel an inner calm.
There is a lot of work that i need to do though on myself. Inner work.
This was the first time I met her, but I was most impressed with the massage, and the connection that I felt, not to her, but to myself. My heart chakra opened up so beautifully, I could physically and emotionally feel the energy running through my system.
It certainly was what I needed to pull me out of the rut I have been sinking into.
I am planning on doing some psychic development classes thats she recommended to help open myself up even further. I have been wanting to do that for quite some time now, but havent found the right development group yet, that I have felt "in tune" with. I often felt that the group that I did previously join, didnt "move" psychically quick enough. she said that was because I was very psychically strong in the past, but had to realize that in this lifetime, I would have to start at the bottom and work my way up.
She did say I am hypersensitive, and that is what would help so much with healing and psychic development, and also what makes me very intuitive.
I plan to find someone in the near future to practise rolfing. I have a friend who is a massage therapist, so hopefully she will be able to recommend someone qualified in this area.
I just wanted to share my massage story with you, Walt. It was such a help to me on all levels.
So all in all, it was VERY healing, and VERY enlightening massage. Just what the doctor ordered. 8)
