Hi Walt
LOTS of exercise is really helping the MCS.
Have you seen lots of exercise/oxygen significantly improve MCS over time in that the results are cumulative? Would be interested to know.
Have you heard of patients stopping anti-depressants and the MCS improving/decreasing in sensitivity? I would think from the body processing perspective, this would make sense- interested in your clinical experience and any comments you might have.
Thank you.

Hi, Heather.
Of course it CAN. The genetic testing needed to predict which person will help their MCS with exercies alone is not yet available. Only by testing it on your own bodymind--as you have--can one tell which of the legs of the 3-legged stool (or more likely, which COMBINATION of those legs) will help the most in clearing something as deep and difficult as MCS. Let us know how you do.

My MCS is practically nil now, due to lots of sweating (via saunas and exercise), along with periodic juice fasting. IMHO, MCS is a toxic overload to your body, and can be greatly reduced by using some form of detoxification.
