pulmonary fibrosis

Dr. Stoll,
Can you help us? My mom has been struggling with pulmonary fibrosis for over a year that we know of. She was told she needed a lung biopsy and proceeded with it. She is now on Prednisone and getting worse. Her doctor is recommending Cytoxan but I feel this would be a mistake. But what do we do. She has not been offered any other solutions by conventional medicine. Hope to hear from you soon. Pam

Dear Pam,

If she is this far gone, she needs to get right on this!

If a competent conventional workup has been done & no one knows WHY she has this, the most likely cause is environmental pollution. She needs to see a good Clinical Ecologist ASAP.

Walt

I've been troubled with what my husband used to call "bumps" since I started college in 1992. We both attributed these "flare ups" to any stressful situation. When his parents would come into town or when I had to give a dinner party for anyone or when we had big plans - whether good or bad. I noticed that when I was pregnant, they didn't occur. They're really bad now and I saw my Dr who gave me the Dx excema. I'm now on a different cortisone and won't know the results for a few days. This is the first Dr who has given this Dx. The others told me it was "Housewife hands" and to stay out of water. Rubber gloves haven't helped so I doubt their Dx.
