"Houswife's Dermatitis" is a specific form of eczema that comes from the skin's natural resistance to irritating substances being overwhelmed by the dozens of chemicals housewives' hands are exposed to every day. There is a very specific (and very bothersome) way to rersolve this problem.
If this is the only place where you have it, and your docs do not explain to you EXACTLY how to finally cure this (it will take about a year to get to the place where your hands can touch a chemical without starting it all over again), let me know & I will try to explain it to you.
If you have this in other places, it is coming from inside & the approach is totally different.
