Hi all,
I recently read an article against eating fish (all kind) because of high level of mercury.
I also found the same information in Dr. Mercola’s web site. Any opinions?

Hi, Cathy.
The higher on the food chain one eats the higher the concentration of mercury. Since the oceans are all connected the mercury is (on the average) the highest in fish.
Hope this helps.
Walt

On Mercola's site one can purchase mercury free fish certified by an independent laboratory. If you looking to eat fish, this is by far the best way to go in terms of quality.
