I've read different messages and I too have going through detox. It is not easy but at least now on the bad days and do feel as if I have hope. I still have trouble with convential doctor accepting what is medically wrong with me. Alot of them think there is no way the silver fillings in my mouth could make me so sick. Reading the book "It's All in Your Head" by Dr. Hal Huggins has helped.
My doctor now, Dr. Beverly Good is wonderful. She explains everything that I am going through. When I call with the nausea, dizziness, and diahhrea, she knows what to do.
My advise is get a dentist that knows what he is doing and is familiar with mercury poisoning? The wrong one could endanger your life. Also get a doctor who knows their stuff. You will need to be monitored carefully through your detox. Mercury kills your cells. So be careful. My recovery will be slow but I have hope.

HELLO kathy,
I have 4 big fillings of mercury(2 big of root canals )and i am concerned too because i hear mercury is bad for us (an d i am afraid of the dentist so imagine to go back to redo it all and all the money .....
I was thinking of one thing though .Do you know tht in Homeopathy ,you can get a remedy(all safe an natural)to counteract the effect of mercury. My homeopath told me (actually alot of homeopahts told me )so in the mean tme ,if you worry ,try to see an homeopath and ask him a bout mercury .they give you mercury remedy to antidote your bad mercury (or something like that ).I will ask mine since i want to also take care of my health .
In the meantime ,does someone out there know of a dentist in san francisco who is good at changing fillings and replacing them with non mercury fillings .I heard the dentist has to be good ,otherwise more damage can be done ,
thanks ,
GEORGIA
