Dear DR. Stoll. Following your recommendations, i am considering injection of magnesium.
I would like to know if there are any side effects from ijections of magnesium. Also, How often should they be done and what is the suggested amount. In which place on the body should the magnesium be injected?

Hi, Alex.
I have never seen any side effects of giving at least 2 grams of elemental magnesium IV 3 times a week for 2 weeks--as much as anyone should need to get results and to begin to absorb sufficient orally.
