progress!!! (mag questions)

I got serious about health and shut myslef in for two weeks reading peltier, philpott, and seyle. I understnad the process better now and it helps emotionally and for planning. Now I better understand the process, the MSM and Glutamine connections are more clear. BTW anyone wanting high grade inexpensive glutamine try: proteinfactory.com. I have been able to isolate foods i really react to and stay away from them as I heal.

I had my first magnesium IV yesterday. It was warm and swimmy, but felt good and I saw almost immediate results ( muscle twittching reduced, heart arrythmia stopped, insomnia reduced- of course studying adminsitration law helps put one under-, SR better, sexuality returning, muscles more relaxed). I go for the second infusion tommorow.

questions:
is liquid magnesium better tolerated or more efficeint than chelated glycinate. Carlson has a deal on liquid magnesium oxide, and i trust the company. I have been using thier pill glycinate form but if this is better would be glad to switch.

second:
I see the recommendation for 2g x 3 days x 2 weeks. the clininc only does it twice a week. they are an hour away aslo. will this work or should I make a stink about it?

thanks everyone

Thanks, Warner.

Twice a week for 3 weeks will also work in most people.

I know of no advantage in the liquid.

"Great deal on magnesium oxide" (Perhaps the company is finding that an increasingly knowledgable public is going to leave them with stockpiles of this worthless "sand".)

Walt
