I had posted regarding bouts of anxiety following abdominal and lower back exercises. Cheezi recommended magnesium and Walt asked how long I had been doing my SR. (I've been doing SR for less than 6 months but I often skip sessions on the weekends.) I searched The Archives and found the type of magnesium most recommended and the potential for overconsumption, which was very slim. It was tricky to find the best kind at the store, but I managed. I took increased doses for a week. Today I worked out and the panic effect was much less. I'm going to take more to confirm any causal relationship. Many thanks.
