Hello Dr Stoll,
I took my 4th Mg Cocktail IV (Nutritional IV containing 1 gram of elemental mg). There was some initial heating of the body as usual. But this time the heating disappeared in about 45 minutes. Iam still seeing my urine color is clear. I spoke to my doc and he said that there are B complex in the IV. The IV looks pretty yellow. He said that he cannot increase the amount of B complex since it would alter the ph balance of the IV or make it too caustic. He suggested me to take a nutritional IV.
Also, when I take a B complex capsule, my urine color is yellow (the usual yellow associated with B complex). But when I take the IV, the urine is clear. Does this mean something ?
Many Thanks for your time and attention,
Nateshan

Nateshan.
Since B complex and magnesium are both cofactors for many different mertabolic reactions in the body, the chances are that the magnesium is using a lot of the B. (this effect will be temporary)
If you want to be sure there is enough B to use all of the magnesium you might start taking Balanced B-100 twice a day for a while.

Thanks for the reply Mr Stoll.
Yeahhh that explains it. Will try the B complex that you suggested. I will also come back to the forum with the complex issues Iam facing after I get my CDSA results.
Many Thanks for your time and attention,
