Hi,
I read that Shape likes the liquid magnesium and I also read that Dr. Stoll does not care for oral mag. chloride but instead in an IV. Does this include the liquid form or just tablet form that he does not like. I looked in the archives but could not find that particular answer.
I have the Carlson's mag. glycinate but the stearic acid and magnesium stearate that are used in it makes me so nauseous. I need the best absorbed magnesium without many of the fillers.
Any suggestions will be immensely appreciated...
Thank you

Hi, Anna.
I would pose the problem to your healthfood OWNER. There has to be products our there that have no fillers and are glycinate, aspartate or orotate.
Let us know what you learn.

Sorry this is a late response, but I am new to this site. I ordered Magnesium Glycinate from VitaminShoppe. The brand name is Vital Life. The product name is Magnesium complex (100% magnesium glycinate). It is designed to be allergen-free and specifically lists magnesium stearate as an ingredient that IS NOT included.
The Vitamin Shoppe product code is: VT-1097
It was backordered. Just got my shipment.
