Hi Dr Stoll
I once again need to thank you.
I tried all kinds of oral mag out there with no improovement . Now finally a Dr. friend of mine agreat to give me infutions of 2mg elemantal Magnesium . All my symptoms: palpitations, racing heart, alcohol sensetivity viritually disappeared after the second infusion and I have four more to go. I am going to continue chelated calcium mag, how long would you recommend me to stay on it, and are there any other suppliments you would recommend to me.
My Dr. is a sports Med. and now is considering mag treatment for some of her pations with constant muscle pain.
Thanks a million
Holger

Holgar, so glad to hear you are improving. Just wondered if you ever had your thyroid levels checked before this? By infusion, do you mean intravenously? Maybe your doctor will learn from this. She sounds like a winner.

Thanks, Holger.

If you are taking one of the easiest forms (to absorb) of magnesium, now all you need to do is discover YOUR dose by trial and error. Now that you have discovered an open- minded physician you can always go back and get a booster whenever you find that you are not taking enough.
