Magnesium & Reaction to it

Hi,
I tried the magnesium citrate. I ended taking a 150 mg in total and about an hour after my last dose, I experienced a racing heart beat for about half hour. My husband took my pulse and it was at 130 beats per minute. Why would this happen?

I am looking at juicing vegetables to get magnesium now because I am worried and not wanting to take the supplement form. Does anyone know of some good veggies that I could juice and drink that are magnesium rich?
