Hello,
I have had PVC's for most of my life (a rather stressful one), and SVT's for about 15 years. I have been taking magnesium and COQ10 for about 3 years and there has been no changes. I just started the relaxation techniques again which I am farmiliar with and have not done in 10 years. Considering all of the information I have read on this fine web site, my question is "where would I IV magnesiums" as recommended to another patient".
Thanks

Sometimes if your your magnesium level is already too low, you wont absorb the magnesium orally. From what I've read on this site, that's when IVs are recommended. Once you do a few weeks of IV magnesium then you can absorb oral magnesium provided its an easily absorbed type.

Hi, Michael.
First, you need a knowledgable physician. Your best resorce for that would be the ACAM contact in the magnesium archives. Next, you should know that the correct dose is at least 1-2 grams of elemental magnesium (in the form of MgCL or MgSO4) IV over at least a 5 minute push.
It MAY take the combination of the Mg AND your SR to resolve this.
Let us know how you do.
