For years now I've heard how relaxing that Magnesium was, but every time I took it I never noticed any relaxing effects. I just assumed it was me and faulting digetion. The other day I went to the health food store and asked for the most absorbable form of Magnesium that they had, and wow too my amazement it was very relaxing. I just wanted to let people no, don't waist your money on the cheaper forms of Magnesium (like I did for years), pay a little bit more and get the good stuff, you'll be glad that you did.

HELLO KIM,
SHAPE gave me good advise on magnesium and i started to take the liquid form a few days ago .apparently it is good and i need to relax too ,so i will keep you posted .the liquid magnesium is supposed to be absorbed in your body more efficiently if i am correct .SHAPE CAN CONFIRM THAT .
Good luck and keep us posted as you feel better ,
Georgia

Thanks, Kimberly.
I hope everyone who thinks they can save money on supplements will read this. You can, but you have to know what you are doing. I have tried to make this painfully obvious on this 'site.
Namaste`
