Hi ,

thanks everyone for the info on magnesium.I keep reading the posts and i have a question.I am taking magnesium liquid form which i hope will help me .However i read alot about mag.iv and wonder if taking the liquid form will help me anyway .I do not sem to have loose bowels for now(i take only 1 teaspoon a day),but cant afford to find a doc to give me mag i.vs .I already spend my savings on alternative medecine .I do not know if i am deficient in magnesium but i must be since i have some symptoms,
anyway i hope the liquid form helps and how can i know .I has been onlya week but any help is appreciated (i think i take mag chloride..have to look on the bottle),

thanks ,

I think Dr. Stoll mentioned that you can test for magnesium. Only you have to test intracellular levels; simple blood level is no good.

yes, clinical ecologists will know how to do this correctly...

24 hour magnesium loading test

conventional measurements are worthless...even misleading.
