Hi am taking KAL mag. glycinate..it is 400mg, I e-mailed them and they told me it is 400 elemental..To believe??? Any other product that actually lists the elemental equivalent, you would have to take many, many pills a day. I can't find any health food store or vitamin store that has a worker knowledgeable to know the elemental in a product..
Anyone find a mag product that has a high elemental mg. listed?
Thanks...

Hi, ErinR.
Actually this is a good test for a company. If they do not know enough to tell you they probably do not know enough to make a good product.
The really good companies will have the elemental easily available on the lable.
Whoever told you that 400 milligrams of magnesium glycinate had 400 milligrams of elemental must have been a highschool graduate used to get callers off the phone. Shame on them!
