Thanks, d.

I tried several times yesterday and today it works like a charm.

IONIC minerals are normally the easiest ones to absorb. However, it does matter what ionic molecule we are talking about. One cannot take magnesium (for example) and make it ionic without it being joined with some molecule (glycinate, orotate, aspartate, etc.)

the site says magnesium chloride, which, i believe is what is used for iv's. what do you think of the product dr. stoll? worth trying or not? and for restless legs syndrome (my wife's going crazy with it) would you try their specific protocol which includes an ionic cal/mag supplement? or am i totally grasping at straws here?

Why not, d.?

What could it hurt?

IV magnesium would be the only way to be sure that that is the approach she needs. Once you know THAT, perhaps trying different oral products would produce an oral maintenance.

Hope this helps.

Walt
