For as long as I can remember I have been drinking pasteurised semi-skimmed cow's milk. Have now changed and am trying out soy milk (has an acquired taste, not too fond of it). My question is, is goat's milk more beneficial than cow's milk? And would it be ok to drink that, rather than soy milk? Because of all the publicity of what is contained in cow's milk, and that it doesn't really do us much good, would goat's milk have the same response to the body? Thanking you in advance.

you dont wanna mess with soy milk, unless u want to retard your brain, my brother is a research scientist for a major company in canada and they done research with mice and tumors were being produced in thier brains etc.
yes goats milk is way better and does not need to be homogenized, also goats milk yogurt has many germs beneficial to our gut.
in regards to cows milk, drink whole organice only, why whole is because we not that extra fat in it for digesion which 2% and lower varieties lack.
if you can go to a local farm in the country side and buy raw goats or cows, this can cure any disease if on a only raw milk diet for a week or so eh, you might wanna look into it, i will be testing this raw milk diet out for myself in near futue and will keep forum notice about my experiment.

Eleni,
In my opinion goat's milk is only an advantage if the person is hypersensitive to the caseine in cow's milk.
Of course, there is also the consideration of the commercial production of cows' milk: hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, pastuerization, homogenization, etc., to consider.

Hi Graham or other reader,
So you are saying to keep well away from Soy milk, why exactly, is it that unhealthy for us. Everyone raves that it is so much healthier than cow's milk. So you suggest goat's milk rather than cow's or definately rather than soy. Is that correct? Thank you for the information

There are a lot of potential problems with soy.
Check the link to dr. mercola's pages on soy.
