I just learned of a site www.NoMilk.com - The No Milk Page (mostly links) on the subject of Lactose Maldigestion/Milk Allergy/Casein Intolerance.

If you have problems with milk, or questions about it, this looks like a really good place to start.

If you do go there, then see 'ya in about a month, and probably WITHOUT a milk mustache!

Give the link about a minute to load. It works just fine for me. Don't know if they have a slow server, or if their site traffic is phenomemonal! :-)
