Another mitral valve prolapse question

Hi, Dr. Stoll:
I have been reading your website, especially your articles about MVP and dysautonomia. I have searched all through your previous posters' questions, and I still have a few of my own, so I hope you can bear with me! I was diagnosed with MVP first when I was 14 - I had a echocardiogram after having an episode of SVT. AT that time I had anorexia and probably had electrolyte imbalance. I started having PACs and PVCs and lots of tachycardia again last summer (I'm now 32) and was again given a doppler echo and stress test and diagnosed with MVP with trace regurge. The report said I had redundant valve tissue. I'm just wondering if I have the really harmful type of MVP or the kind that is not. I understand that if I had the second type, it should be asymptomatic, but I still have lots of palpitations and tachycardia, not to mention severe anxiety attacks. I'm really starting to worry about myself. I want to treat my condition in a natural way - I am going to get some of the books you mentioned and work on reducing stress. I now take beta blockers, which I really want to be free of. I also have no health insurance, so I can't keep running to doctors whenenver I feel anxious. Can you tell me how to start and if I really should be worried about my health?
Thank you so much,
Stacy

"MVP with trace regurge"

Isn't that Mitral Valve Regurgitation? A horse of a different color...

One more thing...I've never had rheumatic fever that I am aware of.

Start taking one tablespoon of "Theta Liquid Magnesium" in 6 oz. of water 3X a day between meals and within a months time, your MVP will disappear and you will feel more relaxed! To order phone: 1-800-592-9653 - cost $23.00. * S.H.A.P.E. *

Hi, Stacy.

Only one thing is for sure: The structural and trace functional stuff they have found with your mitral valve has NOTHING to do with any of your symptoms!

This has gone on long enough! Start a serious wellness program (see the archives for wellness and for the 3 Legged Stool). Also get the free protocol from the home page article about how to be healthy. Within a year this will be a thing of the past.

Please let us know what you learn and how you do. You can be our MVP poster girl of 2005.

Walt

Of course, Stacy.

There is no relationship between MVP and RF.

Thanks so much! This is very reassuring and encouraging. I will let you all know how I'm doing on the wellness program.

Where do you get this from? I typed it in google and didn't come up with anything.
