I am a 45 year old female personal trainer who physically and nutritionally is in excellent condition.abouy 9 weeks ago i took an over the counter thermogenic product called liquid Glenbutrx Well i ended up in the emergency room due to a racing heart;extremely high blood pressure; and dillulated eyes. They checked me for heart damage and said i was very lucky because being in such good cardio shape i basically ran a 2 hour race with my heart in about 30 min. and all cardio test came back no rmal. The doctor gave me the anti- anxiety medication ativan. told me i could take it to help me rest or if any more symptoms occur. I did take it and later the next night i went to a club and did 1 roll.I rolled very hard. Actually it was great except i developed a migraine on the left side of my head . Later it was going so good that i decided to take another half. Well i got sick and ended up throwing up.Went home ; took the Ativan and migraine finally went away and i felt much better.Later that week i had some severe panic attacks acompanied with headaches and shortness of breath.I was put on ativan for the panic attacks and later through Ultra Sound was diagnosed with a mild case of MVP.I was sent to a Cardiologist who put me onAtenolol[25mg] This is a Beta-Blocker that keeps my heart from racing and my blood pressure down. I am also doinging lots of Wheatgrass shots inconjunction with fresh green juices. My panick attacts are down to mild anxiety attacks now. The Beta-Blockers block it anyway so as long as i take the medicine I really don't experience them.I have been going to clubs with my friends a lot lately and almost did a half of a roll this last weekend. I didn't because i need to have exact info on mixing the Atenolol with E.My friends [a few in the medical field feel to start with a half wont kill me.] What i want to know is exactly what i can expect to have happenso that i will know instead of wondering and maybe bringing on an anxiety attack out of fear of the unknown. Will the Antenolol block the E altogether ?Will i experience a racing heart and high bloodpressure or will the Beta-Blocker block that from happening and I;ll possibly have a normal roll.Could the two fight against each other giving me heart damage?Remember I did roll the next night . I am convinced that there are many people out there that are and are not aware that they have MVP and are out there doinging E.I don;t party every weekend but what alternatives if any are there for people like me who want a relatively safe stress relieve and feel good drug like E.But don;t want to worry about the stimulants affecting us in a negative or dangerous way.I work alot .and have a very limited social life. I've never done drugs before and I finally find something that i can occasionally do that relaxes me and i can wake up the next day feeling good and i don't have to worry about becoming addicted to. Please tell me there's hope!

Hi Terry, Honey you are sensitive, because of how clean and caring you are initially, I would say at the core of your being any way; All people really caring about, there body and who like the healing fields as you do, helping assist others towards wellness, are sensitive to drugs and mixing things; Your head getting in the way of what you call fun is the problem. It sounds to me like you are and want to be a healthy vibrant woman and yet your head wants that high of E. Well my suggestion would be to do breath work with different people to get your high naturally with no side effects but cleaning out your body and having some bliss; Not that you asked me, but I am also very sensitive to things like that and I also went to the emergency room one time when I took a medication and they tried like heck to find something wrong so they could give me a medication; Thank goodness I had the right friends around to support me thru that, so that I would just detox the drug the doctor gave me out of my body; I don’t know what you should do, but I can tell you being intuitive that you are starting to move some spiritual energy thru your body and if I were you, you don’t want to screw it up; Read books on Energy-medicine or something like that; I work a lot with personal trainers and people on good food plans and I can tell you they fly when they are clean. Sounds to me like you were in excellent health until you started a few drugs and medications. You are a sensitive lady and that is good really good-now don’t get to shutting that sensitivity down; Good luck with other responses; Your in my heart, a caring person!
