Just what I have been saying, to anyone who would listen, for 10 years. This is a FAD diagnosis and, within 10-20 years (depending on the stubborness of some physicians) you will no longer hear of this diagnosis.

Unfortunately, the public memory is short so these bozos will not have to pay for their intentional ignorance.
