Hi, Apple.

To my knowledge the only thing that can cause permanent thinning is topical cortisone and I do not think you have used it enough to do that.

I have become convinced that healthy skin comes from the inside and that anything you put on the outside has the potential for damage. I have no experience with Jojoba or Emu oil.

My suggestion would be to try taking the EFAs on the home page and see what happens in a few months.

If your doc has given you the diagnosis of rosacea, eliminating C-RS is the only thing else I know to suggest.
