Sea Salt in Water Works Brilliantly

Posted by Miss Bliss on April 17, 2003 at 08:01:25:

I didnt even get to finish my water bottle at dance class tonight. A huge difference, as I am always sucking on that thing between dance breaks and even in between. And I always seem to be the only one that drinks so much at class. Its very noticeable, to me, anyway.

tonight I only needed half the bottle, and I know it was directly related to having sea salt in water a few hours before leaving home tonight. Or maybe because it was a slower dance group, hmmm, less exhertion. No, but I think it has made a difference, because in the hall where we dance, they have these huge air conditioners blowing out air from the ceiling, and I think that just adds to the dehydration, plus the loss of sweat(water) for me. Plus I added some granules of sea salt to my water bottle for tonight.

why is it that you constantly are talking about your daily activities, ie. dance class tonight, didn't sleep well, at a party and everyone was drinking alcohol but me.....and why do we care? we all have our own lives but don't feel the need to share every bit of our day with this health board??? just wondering - of course if there is a reason why we should know all about your activities day to day, please share what that could be?

She wants attention. So do we all; just some more than others. I've heard tell that Bliss's neck of the woods is plenty boring. Where would you go if real life is boring? In the old days you'd sink yourself into a book, make yourself a couch potato, or maybe do the superficial bar scene (complete with the doings of other patrons). Hey, maybe her life is boring? It's less boring when you tell others about it. Like in the Blair Witch Project that girl was less afraid cause she was always looking through the camera and everything was less real? Sorta like that. Or maybe she just needs an audience for her life. This board can be real addictive if you aren't careful.

inflamed itchy scalp that got so much worse after eating a muffin at breakfast? Geesh Bliss, you really do share way too much personal information here...not that you're not cared about as a human being but we really don't need to know your step by step activities day to day! Maybe you need a hobby or more "live" friends who you can do things with? Sharing this type of info on the internet can not only be dangerous but we don't care.

If you don't want to read what Miss Bliss has to say, then simply don't open and read her posts. It's really just that easy.
You don't know her circumstances or her motive.

and if you don't want to read what "we" have to say

Thanks, Miss.

This is interesting to me because I did not know of this effect from dilute saline. What exactly is the proportion? I would be interested in how much better effect you might get with actual mineral salt.

Namaste`

I didnt measure it Walt, I just threw a few pebbles of sea salt in my water bottle on my way out that night. The bottle was 500ml.

I notice that my body tends to hold onto the sea salt in water much longer, and less urinating of it out of the body. normal water, I tend to urinate out much quicker, than say sea salt in water.

does the added sea salt cause any problems with the kidneys having to work harder?
