tremor

I have a tremor in my right arm and use to have a tingeling pricking sensation like after you have slept on your arm and starts to tingel as the numbness wears off, well that dissapeared

now only the tremor remains it comes and goes
I noticed that I stagger a little as i walk and i get a little light headed Iam 66 I also have constipation iam taking vitamen e and c now and iam very active in exercise and have been sence i was 19 . What causes the constiation I eat veg,fruit,little meat

Pat, the constipation is probably not the symptom to worry most about right now. You need a diagnosis for the tremor and that numbness you had. Don't mess with this; find out what it is. My friend was diagnosed with MS having symptoms like you described. You need to rule out anything neurological first, then proceed.

You need a diagnosis!

In the meantime read the neuropathy archives.

If I had these symptoms I would immediatley start at least Balanced B 100 3 times a day and 100 milligrams of CoQ10 3 times a day until you can be examined by a neurologist.
