I have been reading posts and archives for about 6 months now and through SR (centerpointe) whole foods and exercise and other things like betaine hcl,GRJ, supplements, have eliminated any sign of GERD and have reduced hives about 90% However, I continue to get this tingling sensation on my outer thigh on one leg. What could be causing this and what will help.

Hi, Bob.
Sounds like "lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment symdrome" to me without being able to test the area.
You can figure it out yourself by getting an anatomy book that has pictures of the cutaneous nerves.
It THIS is not the area, let me know what IS.
The most common cause of LCNES is bracing.
