I thought I'd add this success story to the board.
First let me start out by saying that my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy most of the time *smile* I swallow my little pills, jump on my mini trampoline and I'm really picky about what I eat and the oils I use. He TOTALLY doesnt understand(especially when I went to the acupuncturist LOL) it but he has seen that it has helped me tremendously...so I get the strange looks but he doesn't say much about it LOL
Anyway, he had this spot on his leg. It looked like a small patch of eczema. This spot itched like crazy and made *him* crazy with all the itching it was doing. Of course since I live with him and sleep with him, it was making *me* crazy as well LOL He also has rough spots on his elbows. I talked him into taking a fish oil supplement. LARGE quantities LOL You should have seen his face when I put ALL those capsules in front of him haha Anyway, he's been doing it for a couple of weeks now and his itching is totally gone. That happened a few days after starting. Also, his elbows are almost baby soft now. He still has one teeney weeney spot left. He was totally amazed at the results. I think watching the rough patch on his elbows disappear was the clincher :-) He's a believer now. Perhaps one day we'll be taking turns on the mini trampoline. You can always hope eh?? LOL

The spots on his elbows are certainly psoriasis. EFAs have been known to help psoriasis a lot. However, his benefits may be temporary (even as long as a year or so) if that is all he does. Eventually, he is going to have to deal with his LGS (and possibly C-RS).
More convincing to be done...........
However, the hardest is already done.
