Dr. Stoll, I wonder why you suggest cutting the dosage of the EFA's. Do we store them like a fat soluable vitamin?? I have had a reaction after taking these for 4 months. Just curious. Thanks.

Hi, Gretchen.

Any "reaction" would have to be a hypersensitivity to the source.

I only suggest cuting the dose to find a maintenance dose to save money.
