I have a major dead skin problem. despite daily showers and buffing etc, I seem to get lots of dead skin build-up. when my skin is wet and I rub it, I can get dead skin beading off. Is this normal??? What is the best exfoliation method ie scrubs, AHAs or what??? does this problem put me at greater risk of fungal infections???

It seems kind of odd that you would have that problem if you are taking daily showers and buffing. When I take a shower I exfoliate with a washcloth. Sometimes I use one of those nylon things (forgot what they're called). Occasionally I will use sea salt mixed with a little olive oil to exfoliate with. I recently found a really good moisturizer that really leaves my skin soft. It's Aveeno 24 hr. moisturizing lotion.

Hi, Emma.
Listen to Merry.
Normally, this is more than sufficient. That means the you may have a mild form of icthiosis (see your medical dictionary). This can be changed by the use of the EFAs on the home page.
Let us know how you are doing after about 3 months.
