Whats the difference between these oils?

Fish Oil, Flax Seed, and Evening Primrose? Are they all Omega 3's?

Kim,

Fish is almost entirely omega 3s.
Flax is omega 3s and omega 6s, primarily.
Primrose is mostly omega 6s.

The reference is Udo Erasmus' "Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill". It is available from you library and any bookstore.
