Hi Sue,
Have you tried looking in the archives about cholesterol, etc.? Seems like there has been quite a bit of discussion on this over the years. Something must have been archived. Since no one has answered today, it may be that no one is around who knows the answer. Try posting again when Dr. Stoll is around, if you don't get any response. He doesn't always get to each post every day.
Wishing you the best,
Nutmeg

Start off by limiting your intake of saturated fat to virgin coconut oil for cooking. Take methyl donors folic acid, b6 and b12. Also essential vitamins are important. Adaquet amounts of c, e, niacin, magnesium, zinc chromium and selenium. And nutients involved in fat metabolism; inositol, choline, dl-methionine.

My husband's triglycerides got over 300 and he would not take the medicine but he stopped eating anything with sugar in it, and he exericed by riding his bike a lot and his triglycerides came down to 130 and his cholestorl came down to normal also. I believe that exercise and diet and SR will just about take care of all those things like that. So much better than medication.

Thanks, Connie.
Now, since every physician is taught this simple relationship in medical school, why do you think so few of them give these recommendations in the beginning????????
