Hi, Yvonne.

The "antioxident eggs" are moving in the right direction. However, it is a LOT cheaper and MUCH healthier to just buy "farm fresh eggs". Since we are still learning about the essential oils it will be a long time before eggs from chickens specifically supplemented with omega 3s comes nearly up to the farm fresh eggs. There are probably a dozen or more substances that we have not yet discovered that would need to be supplemented.

One would be better off to just eat the ersatz eggs from the grocery store and take omega 3 supplements!

Walt

This reminds me of a friend telling me he bought Cholesterol
Free eggs. I pictured Egg Beaters in Leggs containers.

I have seen where a farmer who fed his chickens milk and
said the eggs tasted better.

I never worried about how much or what type fat I consumed
untill I became disabled but still don't worry that much but
do eat less but then my need for less calories is probably
the reason. Now that I am trying to loose some weight I and
restricting them a good bit Unless I have a Strong craving
and then i satisfy that.
