What problems does taking omega 3's help?

overall health, immunity, and brain function. Also some indication that it might slow the progress of MS.

They also prevent skin conditions and put off wrinkles.

Also for acne, headaches, aches and pains, sebhorreic dermatitis. A general anti-inflammatory. I take 2 caps three times a day. Be sure you get a good quality one.

As long as 15 years ago conventional medical literature listed more than 38 conditions that omega 3 supplementation would improve. Just use the internet to look for those articles. By now it is probably more than 50.

1000mg - 3000mg. It all depends on your body and you will have to experiment with that. I use to always have one or two pimples on my face at all times. Now my skin clear and feels softer.
