Interesting article from the Wall Street Journal about different approaches to fighting cancer. One using high doses of Omega 3.

Thanks for posting that Alan. Trying to be your own researcher with the stress of a sick child must be overwhelming. I hope his valiant effort is rewarded.

Interesting story. Budwig is a fifty plus year old treatment based on
Omega 3 but made water soluable and much more effective by mixing
it with a sulferated protein.
The C/K3 is Roberts and Hickey's orthomolecular recommendation.
They perfer C and lipoic acid.
Clearing at this point in time we are just starting to find combinations
of nutrients that work with cancer.
Today I reread Hoffer and Pauling's Cancer work from over a decade
ago. They were close back then. We are getting closer now.

Thanks, Alan.

A more comprehensive approach to cancer is coming but will be delayed as long as possible by the Medical/Big Pharma combine.

Thanks, Edward.

So long as it does not feed the Medical/Big Pharma monopoly, it will be vehementaly opposed by the establishment.

My father died from Lung Cancer, he didn't smoke but he did work in
a pipe mill out of HS and they lined the pipes with asbestos in those
days. Almost all of my aunts and uncles from his side of the family
have cancer in some form.
My older brother has various cancers, he did two rounds of chemo
and has a colapsed lung which they say is unrelated but I think it's
from the chemo. His immune system is shot and he sleeps most of
the time.
My younger brother was just diagnosed with Colon Cancer. They
operated to take out part of the cancerous colon and he started
chemo this week.
Neither of my brothers are interested in alternatives. I've been
researching cancer on the web in my spare time for four years now.
Cancer has destroyed most of our family.
I do many of the alternative treatments throughout the year.
I'll Budwig diet for a month or so then do a vitamin prevention other
times.
Vitamin C is non-toxic but people are afraid of it and yet do the
deadly poison of chemo. It's a very strange world we live in.
With my family they decisions are life and death.
The stakes are high yet minds remain closed.
Thanks for all you do.

Thanks, Edward.

Sounds like your genetic burden (for cancer) is like my genetic burden for diabetes and it's complications.

I am convinced that I would have been dead years ago had I not done with lifestyle what you are doing with yours for cancer. All my specialists are amazed that I have survived this long and I know it is from lifestyle choices I have learned from Holistic Medicine.

I always knew that I would have to depend more and more upon my allopathic colleagues during the "end game". I still say that COMBINING conventional with traditional medicine is the only rational pattern for the future.

Thank you for your words of advice.
I also continue to do SR daily.
Now that the holidaze are over I'm going to go back to the PWF diet
and try to stay on it as much as possible.

I agree, if the medical community would open their ways to
alternative medicine our society would be much better off.
Several years ago I met a woman who was a MD from Russia.
We talked and she used herbs, vitamins and what we call
"alternative" regularly in her practice. She was also very "service"
oriented and didn't have the huge ego of American docs.

May you be healthy for many more years.
