hello dr. stoll and kmd,
i have recently finished a course of accutane, and would like to begin using the essential oils to maintain the results...i weigh 132 lbs...i read the archives on essential oils and am confused on exactly how much omega 6 and how much omega 3 i should be taking....i understand its a 3 to 1 ratio,but for my weight how much of each should i be taking? please respond or e-mail me...thanks...

Print out the article about essential fatty acids on the home page and take it to your health food store. They will be able to show you the best products and how much to take.
