I have bumps (tumor) on my both arms and both of thighs. I noticed these bumps back in 1992. As time past number of these bumps and size have grown. Few years ago I asked on of the Dr. that I had know just by showing one of my arm. She indicated that it was a fatty tumor and not to worry. Know I’m bit worried, because number of these bumps have been grown to about 40 to 50 total on my arms and thighs, and size of some bumps have grown to about 1” in length & .5” on with. Would you please give me an advice if I need to seek medical attention?
Thank you,

Hi, Luke.
IF the diagnosis is correct these are lipomas. Multiple ones like you are describing are uncommon and the only way (I know of) to get rid of the ones already present is surgery. However, you can prevent new ones by using the essential fatty acids described on the homepage. Some people have even reported established ones getting smaller with this approach although I have not seen it.
You should begin seeing results in about a year (no new ones) and, if any are going to get smaller, within about 6 months. If this helps, you will have to continue the fatty acids for the rest of your life since you are genetically susceptible to them----you need more of those oils than the average person.
See the archives about lipomas & let us know how you do.
Since these are pretty easy to diagnose, your doc who told you what they were is probably right.
