A couple of days ago I started taking some essential oils and after reading many posts here it seems I should have started with one at a time.
What I am taking is one of each of these twice a day with meals: 500 mg Evening Primrose, 1000 mg Fish Oil, 200 IU Vit E.
Would it be more beneficial if I continue in this fashion, or start taking them all at the same time? If the latter would be better, should I take two of the Vit E or just one?
I haven't felt any serious adverse side affects, except for some minor stomach cramps.
The only medication I am on is Didrocal Therapy (for the past two years) to treat osteoporosis and I was wondering whether these supplements that I have just started would have any adverse affect on that.

Hi, Very.
The only reason to start with the doses on the homepage is to shorten the time until the person notices benefits.
Once those benefits are pretty much there (usually about 3 months) just for economic reasons I would start cutting ONE of the fractions in half every 3 months to see how much of THAT one maintains maximal benefits (listen to your bodymind laboratory).
That way you will eventually see what YOUR maintenance doses are (this will take you a couple of years)
In the meantime, I would be taking at least 800 units of vitamin E a day.
Hope this helps.
Walt
