Hi Landa,

Dr Jonathan Wright uses 400 ui of vitamin E twice daily, as well as 200mcg of selenium (100mcg am / 100 mcg pm with the vitamine E) and this syndrome is usually gone in a month ! Apparently it works really well. Use vitamine E from natural sources d-alpha-tocopherol NOT l-alpha-tocopherol.

Please try it and let us know how it worked.

Hi, Landa.

If Marie's suggestion works, please let me know. That would be wonderful. I have a lot of respect for Jonathan but have yet to hear about this one.

If you have read the OSD archives you at least have some understanding of what this actually is and why avoiding weight bearing stressors is so necesary until the growing tubercle fuses at the end of your growth.

Walt
