I am a 36 year old woman that was diagnosed with OSD 12 months ago, from playing badminton, I have read your site, but it is mainly directed at children, how can i get rid of it, i am about 10kg overweight, how can I lose the weight without exercising? Do i need to give up the baddy and will a trip to the Chiropractor help? The Dr has only give me Brufen to take. Your advise would be helpful.

Hi Sharon, Just as an observation, but how often do adults
get OGS? Maybie you need a second opinion? Have you tried
msm with glucosimin? Or SAM-e? Both good for joints.

Hi, Sharon and Katie.
You both MUST get a medical textbook to fully understand this condition. THEN you will know why an adult CANNOT have OSD and how to let it heal with the least residual.
