Hi All - My PD is still cleared up.
For those who may be (now or in future) having issues with it, here is what I found to really work.
#1) FIND SOMEONE WHO DOES LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
#2) Cut most (I didn't cut all) Sugars and refined carbs - cut out most breads.
#3) Cut caffine a bit (again, not all, but much)
#4) SR! (skilled relaxation - bought beths book, was very helpful)
#5) Drank more water, and daily, added lemon to it at least three times a day - usually at my dinners and one after dinner.
#6) got back to working out a bit more - and added Yoga (helps to really get blood going)
#7)Used a basic Aloe Vera *Real Aloe Vera -light moisturizer on my face/neck.
My PD was pretty bad, and I felt horrible looking at my face, and feeling it itch/burn. I felt bad, found this site, and took a lot of advice. I did not EVER use oral antibiotics, because per research, it would have only made it worse (either by remission and coming back stronger or simply by it not working - there isn't anything even in dermatology sites that says it DOES work 100% or even 99% ) they say that "they" (dermatol) don't know why people get it or what to do about it, but often find "help" with oral antibiotics, topical ones and steroids. Well, all three are not good for you and don't do a thing. Think of it this way - the skin eruptions are happening from the inside out, you don't want to just continually treat the top of your skin - you want to get to the root of it. It means cleansing your body. You need to purify - and give it a few weeks to do so - but be strong! It will clear up! If you can't find a lymphatic person, then email me and I'll try to help you. These people did a lymph node massage on me(and trust me, this was my first "holistic" therapy and I thought I and they were cracked) but you know, in two days, my face started clearing up and I felt confident that they lymph cleansing was a jump start to a healthier body.
You may run small fevers, as I did, with it - that's normal...it means your body is fighting the crud the lymphs are releasing. Lemon water helps to wash it out.

Sounds great, but remember that what worked for you may not work for others. I tried EVERYTHING when I had it and ended up needing the antibiotics since it was out of control. I even had it around my eyes. The antibiotics took care of it and I never got it back. Some people need them and they shouldn't feel bad about taking them. Just remember to take a probiotic along with them.
