Hi Walt, I decided to go for the surgery (hysterectomy). My GYN told me to go off everything before hand. I am taking the following supplements: Magneseium, Vit E and Cats claw. Are those ok? I can live without the VIT E and cats claw, but I get constipated without magneseium.....

Hi, Barb.

None of these things are going to do anything but help you get through the surgery and the post-surgical period.

Your doc is just telling you this rather than going to the bother to learn anything about any of them.

Thanks Walt. By the way, its great to have you and Bill back. Hope you both had a good vacation. I have been reading Paavo Airola's book "Womans Book" and have found lots of helpful information.
