Dr Stoll,
You might recall my recent post regarding elevated blood pressure readings at week 32 of my pregnancy.
Today I had my 34 week appt and was VERY pleased to find out that my BP was at my normal level of 110/70 (down from 130/90). Also, there is no longer any protein in my urine.
I'm cautiously hoping that this is significant due to the fact that I was able to locate (finally) some magnesium glycinate - and take 800 mg spread throughout the day on Monday. Considering that both my pressure AND urine have improved, I'm inclined to believe this is not a random fluke!
Kudos to you and this website for the helpful info!!
Caroline (who might have been on bedrest by now...)

Congratulations, Caroline.
Isn't it amazing what even a little knowledge will do?
Namaste`

Caroline or anyone else reading this message,
Where did you find magnesium glycinate? I can't find it anywhere.
