Just wondering if it is okay to take probiotics long-term. Do they ever build up too much in the system to where they are overgrown like the bad candida?

Hi, Sherry.
One should not have to take probiotics for a long time if the "garden" for their growth has been prepared properly (elimination of LGS) in the meantime. The good bacteria perpetuate themselves normally when the conditions are right.
Hope this helps.
