I've had chronic sinusitus for 2/1/2 years with blocked eustachian tubes. I've cut out all dairy, wheat, sugar and alcohol over the last 30 days. I was told to start taking Bio-K plus which is a live culture acidophilus and I'm told it is the best to restore the balance in the intestinal walls. Being that this product contains skim milk powder and whey protein concentrate, is this considered a dairy product? My sinuses feel better, but my eustachian tubes are still stuffy and congested feeling. I don't want to be taking something that is causing more problems. Your thoughts? Thanks so much

Hi, Melisssa.
Yes! These products are dairy.
Remember that the things you have listed are only the most common hypersensitivity causes for this condition.
You may have to deal with the LGS (the proximate cause of your hypersensitivities) before this is over.
