Hi Kate - You do know that ThreeLac is a probotic also so you should alternate the ThreeLac with your other probotic ever other month, rather than taking both of them at the same time. I also hope that you have first performed a week or two of colon cleansing because if you did not, then your internal environment is still "Toxic" and taking your exspenive probotics is just a waste of money. Probotics cannot reeastablish themselves in a toxic environment. You also must be sure that your diet does not consist of certain foods and beverages, which only serve to "Feed" your fungus problem and which also continue to irritate and inflame your leaky gut problem. No grains, dairy products, breads, corn, tomatoes or tomato sauces, pepper, salad dressing, vinegar, coffee, pop, OJ or sugar products. All of these items will keep your leaky gut from healing. Therefore, it all depends on how "Determined" you are, as to how long it will take for your leraky gut to heal and for your Psoriasis to disappear. Carlson's lemon flavored Cod Liver Oil taken one hour before going to bed (one tablespoon) is excellent for healing a leaky gut and skin problems. * S.H.A.P.E. *

Thanks 4 ur in put but it didn't answer my Q.

I was hoping to hear from Dr Stoll.

Threelac lives on Candida thats its food whilst taking the threelac u don't need to change ur diet.

When my Candida goes the leaky gut will heal ergo the skin problem too. Candida can change form mines is now systematic and has become a fungi tearing through my lining walls.

I appreciate ur input but don't agree with u.

You do need to change your diet. That should be at the top of your list. And the lemon cod liver oil will help your skin condition as suggested.

Have you read the pages in the Candida archives?

Hi, Kate.

Sorry for the miscommunication.

Chronic storage of stress-effect comes first, then LGS, then dysbiosis, then possibly C-RS and finally possibly psoriasis. The earlier in this chain you can attack the problem the more likely it will be curative and the quicker it will work. If you start somewhere in the middle the causitive factors that are causing that stage will still be happening and the problem will almost certainly recurr.

It IS possible in some people to just treat the candida first (difficult and drawn out) and see the psoriasis disappear, However those people are in the distinct minority.

I would start with at least 3000 milligrams of omega 3s twice a day and serious SR. Probiotics might also help at this stage.

In the meantime you need to go at learning about LGS as though it were a required college course.

Let us know what you learn.

Walt
