30 Benefits of Rebounding

I had a choice to make based mostly on time restraints: rebounding, or the The Ancient Rites. Rebounding won.

Just about any exercise would have these same results.

Not all at the same time. You would have to do different exercises to gain the benefits
of just rebounding alone.

Hey Gregory,

I might have to try rebounding next. I've been doing the five rites (up to 13 reps per day now), but I don't see any improvement from them yet. I'll get up to the 21 reps and evaluate my progress further at that time. I can tell they are good exercises and so I'm surprised that I have not experienced any noticeable improvement yet.

I see some people have claimed beneficial results from using inexpensive rebounders. I might have to pick one up soon.

Thanks.
