Bracing is what causes this AND is the most common cause of his disc problems as well.

Do you know the duration of the 10 rolfing sessions? Is it everyday, twice a week etc?? I looked up on the archives and at the Rolfing Institute and it did not state.

Hi, Trudee.
I am surprised that the institute did not send you that info. Once a week is optimal and less than once a month probably would have no lasting effect although there still would be temprorary benefits.
