Sebaceous cysts

Dear Dr. Stoll,
I am not sure if you can help me, but I have seen many of your postings about sebaceous cysts. I have got several of them on the middle of my chest, and a few on my stomach. I have had a couple of them removed my a plastic surgeon, but they are so many of them it would be impossible to get rid of all of them that way.

I read something about essential oils. Do they really get rid of your cysts and prevent new ones from appearing? What are they?

I hope you can help me, because it is very hard to feel like a woman with these things. I love to wear bikin's, but with these I can't.

Please let me know what I can do?

EFAs do help prevent new ones (after taking them for about 3 months) but do nothing about removing ones already present, to my knowledge.
