I have been suffering with chronic sebaceous vaginal
cysts since I was about 11 (when I started my period).
Now I'm almost 30, I have been checked repeatedly
and have never been told that I needed surgery. I've
been told to take sitz baths which I do several times a
week and to wear loose clothing in warm weather.
Nothing helps. I currently have 3 of them and I'm just
frustrated. I would like to try the essential oils that you
have mentioned but I don't know if they would be
effective since the cysts have never been surgically
removed. I don't even know how it could be done, I've
had them on every inch of my skin down there. What
should I do now?

I have found improvement after supplementing with essential fatty acids like flax oil, evening primrose oil, and fish oil.

Hi, Miserable.
Listen to Trace. They certainly cannot hurt and will at least help prevent new ones. Some people see extant ones disappear or get smaller.
Let us know how you do.

I had sebaceous cysts all over my face and neck 4 years ago, when I was 21. I was miserable and tried everything I could except accutane. I started researching on the internet and i found this website. I changed my diet completely and started taking flax oil and evening primrose oil. All the cysts I had at the time disappeared and new ones stopped coming...my diet is now pretty healthy, though not nearly as good as it once was. But I stil take the supplements everyday. I rarely get cysts anymore, maybe 2 a year, and only when I have eaten a ton of refined carbs and sugar. I would not have believed I could have such clear skin back then, they just appeared and multiplied, but now my skin is clearer than it ever was. Try this for your cysts- I can promise you it is a miracle!!!

Thanks, Katie.
Perhaps your testimonial will help others start thinking outside of the box.
